Meet the Owner

Born into a business centric family.  From a very early age, Todd was fortunate enough to experience business operations from his father’s business.  Back in the 70’s, 80’s, Paint Master Industries / Manhattan Brush Co., and Handyman Painter, Inc. was the forth largest manufacturer globally of paint brushes & rollers.  Todd learned from the ground up, starting at age 6, he worked in all aspects of the business.  

When Todd was not in school, on holiday break or summer break, he was in the office doing a variety of office assistant tasks.  As Todd grew older though the years, he was able to work on the factory floors, doing a myriad of tasks, including working, in shipping/receiving, switchboard operator, machine shop, and a machine fabrication operator.  

Then an outside service rep for retail packaging and presentation. In fact, Todd single handedly, set up the first paint brush, roller and accessories displays for the very first Home Depot Store in the world just outside of Atlanta, Georgia, in 1979.

Todd then went off to Santa Monica, California to study and get certified as a Private / Commercial / Instrument Rated pilot.  From there, he went on to start several start up business with other entrepreneurs in NYC.  It was then that he started his own Concierge company serving NYC most prestigious residential real estate.   Todd then branched out to form a highly specialized cleaning & restoration company to service Commercial clients in the NYC Metro area, of which, is currently celebrating it’s 38th anniversary.  

Now, in SoFlo, Todd has his latest venture, Home Watch by Firefighters.  A closely held company that serves homeowners while they are away from their property.  Providing trusted care and oversight that excels with Firefighter training and considerable experience.

Advocations & Interests

In addition to the FAA Pilot certifications, Todd became a volunteer Firefighter and is a member of a Truck/Engine – Ladder Rescue Company, to help serve his community and has completed 15 years of dedicated service.

Todd also is a Bareboat Charter Captain in the U.S. & British Virgin Islands and holds 2 Scuba Diving Certifications
